Why Hit Point Press?
Hit Point Press offers a varied collection of independent RPG books and accessories, including box sets, cards and unique creations aimed at gamers and tabletop enthusiasts. Their range includes both new releases and pre-orders, with a focus on quality and artistic talent from the community.
The brand positions itself as a Canadian company with fulfilment from two US warehouses, which helps to manage shipping costs and shorten delivery times for the largest group of customers. Customer service is available via email to answer questions and provide support with orders or issues.
Shipping and returns options are designed with transparency in mind: order processing time is usually 1–3 working days; delivery times vary by destination and chosen shipping method. In the event of damaged goods, Hit Point Press offers replacement and reshipment as soon as the damage is confirmed.
Reliability and customer support are reflected in clear policy texts and FAQs, with help channels for both standard orders and Kickstarter-related questions. The focus is on fair information and a smooth handling of questions or issues.
